The location was perfect, situated in a beautiful, historical building in the centre of town. We loved the safe and secured private parking, as well as the super reliable and fast wifi. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. The well-equipped kitchen made it convenient for us to cook meals, and we appreciated the TV with plenty of French channels to choose from. The proximity to restaurants, shops, and touristic buildings was a major plus. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Villa Republique Normandie Fraternite for a stay in Caen.

We had a fantastic stay at a spacious and bright apartment in the heart of Normandy. the location was perfect, within walking distance of restaurants, bars, shops, and key historic sites. the apartment itself was comfortable and cozy, with modern facilities that maintained the historic aspects of the building. the secure gated carpark was a great bonus, and the views from the top of the building were breathtaking. We received a warm welcome from our hosts, and their helpful tips made our visit even more enjoyable. We're already planning our next trip to Normandy to see everything we missed!

There really wasn't anything negative to say about our experience. If I had to nitpick, it would have been nice to have some basic amenities provided, like a bottle of water in the fridge or coffee pods to get us started.
